Government Policies and Initiatives should favour our Hardworking Farmers - Dr. Slyvester Owusu Amoako
As part of the celebration of Farmers Day 2022, Dr. Owusu Amoako, Former SRC President Of the University Of Ghana called upon the government to create an atmosphere that would enable farmers to continue their good works. He asserted that farmers are the most important persons in the Community. "If farmers decide to go on a strike, nobody will survive in this country," Dr. Owusu said.
Dr. Owusu applauded the government on policies such as Planting for Food and Jobs which is aimed at stabilizing the prices of crops and creating employment for the youth. He also encouraged the youth to take opportunities that come with agriculture and its technology
Headquarters would want to also celebrate all Farmers. We say thank you for always filling our stomachs and putting smiles on our faces. A hungry man is an angry man
