Dr. Sylvester Owusu Amoako, a Medical Doctor by profession and former SRC President of University Of Ghana, and a presidential candidate in the upcoming 2022 NUGS election has sent his warm message to all students in the Teacher Training Colleges as they celebrate their day today. 

He wrote "The country's future is in your hands. Every outstanding man or woman across the Nation and world wide is a result or a product of a teacher's efforts. You [teachers] appear  to see straight-line through a more rough surfaces and recognize when something isn't right. We all know how bad or poor things have been for teacher trainees in Ghana, yet you seem to have settled on a path that would generate good leaders - has it's always said, teachers reward is in heaven. You are all terrific teachers and people with great potentials. I wish you the best of luck and hope that with this clarion call, we can improve our working conditions as a Union."

In conclusion, he promised to extend more scholarship opportunities to students struggling with financial needs in the Teachers training college and other conditions which will make learning and teaching easier and more convenient in the various schools. Ayekoo to all teacher trainees.
